Why we built this

We started with one frustration: the perfect planner didn't exist. We wanted something simple enough to write in every day — and beautiful enough to leave open on the desk without hiding it when guests come over.
So we built it ourselves.

I'll be honest with you — this didn't begin with a grand vision.
Alafriday started with a simple goal that my wife and I share together: save enough to pursue our master's degrees.
We both truly believe that learning never stops. But tuition fees, living expenses, and the challenge of starting over in a new country can hit hard. So instead of waiting for the right time, we decided to build something of our own.
