Alafriday Shipping Policy

At Alafriday, every order is handled with care from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

1. Order Verification

Before we begin production on any order, our team carefully reviews all order details to make sure everything is correct including your shipping address, product selection, and any personalisation.

If we notice anything that looks incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you immediately by email to resolve it before proceeding. This step helps us avoid delays and ensures your order arrives exactly as intended.

2. Production & Handling Time

Once your order information has been verified, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be produced, quality checked, and carefully packaged before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

You will receive email updates at each stage of this process so you always know where your order is.

3. Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will be available within 48 to 72 hours of placing your order. Once it is ready, we will send it to you by email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

If you have not received your tracking number after 72 hours, please contact us at support@alafriday.com and we will look into it straight away.

4. Shipping Carriers by Region

We work with trusted local carriers in each region to ensure your order is delivered reliably and efficiently.

United States

  • Carriers: USPS and UPS
  • Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

United Kingdom

  • Carrier: Evri
  • Delivery time: Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch

Europe

For orders across Europe, we use the preferred local carrier for each country. Examples include:

  • Germany — DHL
  • France — DPD
  • Spain — Correos

If your country is not listed, we will select the most reliable carrier available for your region.

Canada

  • Carrier: Purolator
  • Delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch

Australia

  • Carrier: Australia Post
  • Delivery time: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch

📦 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

5. Email Updates

You will receive email notifications at the following stages:

  • Order confirmation — immediately after placing your order
  • Production update — when your order enters production
  • Dispatch confirmation — when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number
  • Delivery confirmation — when your order has been delivered

Please make sure the email address on your order is correct so you do not miss any updates.
